Unit Features

Each unit has a kitchenette, shower/toilet and open plan living\dining\sleeping area. The eight laundries are shared on a roster providing access to several machines one day each week. Units are provided with a room divider to segregate the sleeping area, a stove, refrigerator and micro wave. All units have their own private balcony. There is a lounge containing library books, television and free internet access, which is also available for functions arranged by residents.

Units are equipped with a smoke sensor connected to a fire alarm system. There is a duress alarm bell and residents are also encouraged to subscribe to an emergency service, such as Vital Call.

A maintenance person is on site every weekday morning to undertake repairs and maintain the common facilities. A part time administration manager attends to other operational issues. We do not provide other support but services can be sourced from other providers including Community Aid in Council’s adjoining premises. Transport by bus in all directions is available within a block of the property. Buses run to the City, Chatswood, St Leonards, North Sydney and to the Harbour at Greenwich or McMahons Point.
